Move with Joy is a 55-minute movement class designed for older adults to reconnect with their bodies through gentle, accessible, and joyful movement. The class incorporates elements of contemporary dance, stretching, balance, coordination, rhythm, and creative movement, adapting exercises to different levels of mobility and experience.
Through music and guided movement, participants are encouraged to explore their bodies, build confidence, stay active, and experience the joy of moving together in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Audience: Dancers, performers, artists, and movement enthusiasts

Following the Body is an interdisciplinary workshop exploring the relationship between movement, choreography, and the camera. Participants investigate how movement can be created, transformed, and communicated through video, combining improvisation, choreography, performance, and visual storytelling.
The workshop can be adapted to different settings and levels of experience, from an introductory one-day intensive to an extended multi-day creative process.

Format: Creative movement & dance workshop
Focus: Body awareness, creativity, movement, imagination, and self-expression
My Body in Motion is a creative movement workshop designed for children to explore the body as a tool for imagination, expression, and discovery. Through playful movement, dance, rhythm, and creative exercises, children are invited to discover how their bodies can communicate ideas, emotions, and stories.
The workshop encourages body awareness, coordination, creativity, confidence, and collaboration while creating a joyful and inclusive space where every child can move and express themselves in their own way.
Format 1 — 1-Day Workshop
A 1–1.5 hour creative movement experience combining dance, games, improvisation, and body exploration.
Format 2 — Multi-Day Workshop
A 2–4 day extended process that allows children to deepen their exploration through movement, storytelling, creative activities, and collaborative work.
